Beno\u00eet Mariage s’est fait conna\u00eetre en r\u00e9alisant de nombreux \u00e9pisodes de la c\u00e9l\u00e8bre \u00e9mission belge \u00ab\u00a0Strip-Tease\u00a0\u00bb: \u00ab\u00a0Strip-Tease\u00a0\u00bb, une s\u00e9rie documentaire traitant principalement des gens ordinaires et des moments de leur vie quotidienne.<\/p>\n

D\u00e9sireux de transposer cette exp\u00e9rience du documentaire \u00e0 la fiction, il r\u00e9alise son premier court m\u00e9trage LE SIGNALEUR \/ THE SIGNALMAN<\/strong> qui est r\u00e9compens\u00e9 en 1997 \u00e0 la Semaine internationale de la critique \u00e0 Cannes.<\/p>\n

Deux ans plus tard, son premier long m\u00e9trage LES CONVOYEURS ATTENDENT \/ THE CARRIERS ARE WAITING<\/strong> est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 \u00e0 la Quinzaine des R\u00e9alisateurs de Cannes. Avec le jeune Beno\u00eet Poelvoorde, ce film doux-amer est nomm\u00e9 aux C\u00e9sar et vendu dans le monde entier.<\/p>\n

Son film suivant, L’AUTRE \/ THE MISSIGN HALF<\/strong>, est projet\u00e9 au festival de Sundance. Il retrouve Benoit Poelvoorde qui entre temps est devenu un acteur fran\u00e7ais de premier plan pour COWBOY<\/strong> (2OO7) son troisi\u00e8me film.<\/p>\n

Son film suivant LES RAYURES DU ZEBRE \/ SCOUTING FOR ZEBRAS<\/strong> produit par Boucan Films est un succ\u00e8s populaire, devenant le premier film belge francophone de 2014. Il fait ensuite \u00e9quipe avec l’irr\u00e9v\u00e9rencieux Fran\u00e7ois Damiens et co\u00e9crit MON KET \/ DANY<\/strong> Beno\u00eet Mariage travaille actuellement sur HABIB<\/strong>, avec Catherine Deneuve.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
